Last month, I was blessed to receive Kenny Loggins newest album, All Join In. I was quite surprised when I popped it in my CD player. I normally listen to country, top 40, or rock music-think 80's hair bands or 90's boy bands. I know, awful isn't it? lol I like something with a snappy beat I can dance and sing along with while I vacuum or do the dishes. It helps keep me motivated!
My eight year old and my three year old love music-all music-but they really seemed to enjoy this album. All Join In is marketed as a children's album but it's so much more. I really enjoyed the music as much as the kids. Tapping my feet and singing along. Of course one of our favorites was "You've Got a Friend in Me!" Maybe it's because the song reminds me of one of our favorite animated films, Toy Story. This song (and the movie) are definitely tops on our jammin' list! (FYI-Toy Story 1 and 2 are being re-released in 3D for 2 weeks in October. YAY!)
My recommendation: Perfect for the whole family!
To help kick off Kenny Loggins' newest "family" album and get some fan feedback, here are four fFREE downloads from All Join In plus a couple of quick questions you can answer after listening.
I hope you enjoy! Follow Kenny Loggins on twitter and facebook for updates on all things Kenny Loggins!

I'm a member of the One 2 One Network. I joined about six months ago mainly out of curiosity. A few weeks ago I received an email offering me the opportunity to review the soundtrack for He's Just Not That Into You movie. I've seen several movie trailers, the talk shows have covered it pretty well, and it was free! Who doesn't like free? The only condition was to listen to the CD and post a review about it! Needless to say, I jumped on the opportunity! It arrived a few days ago with a nice surprise inside, a box of conversation heart candies packaged in the cutest custom box using snapshots from the movie! Now, I'm snacking on my conversation hearts listening the this awesome CD and here is my honest review of the soundtrak.
The music is a fantastic mix of great artists from different genre's and generations including REM, The Cure, Ting Ting, Lily Allen and The Black Crowes. This is music I can totally relate to! It's got an authentic "grown up" feel; full of ecclectic, fun, flirty, soulful lyrics and melodies. I feel like the music was created for me...a GROWN woman...with grown up, complicated problems instead of a 13 year old school girl devasted because I didn't make the cheer team! (Which I know is a terrible thing in it's own teen angst kind of way!) My favorite part of the CD was Scarlett Johansson's "Last Goodbye". The cd contains "enhanced content", a deleted scene where Scarlett Johannson's character sings this beautiful song in what appears to be a piano bar or lounge. Frankly I'm still stunned by this song! I had no idea she had such wonderful talent. I HIGHLY recommend He's Just Not That Into You album! You can give your ears some musical candy by clicking on the soundtrack link below to hear it for yourself!
